Our Low and Medium Carbon Ferromanganese is a cornerstone in the production of special steels, making it an indispensable raw material in steelmaking. Its applications extend to the production of welding electrodes, showcasing its versatility. Additionally, High Carbon Ferromanganese plays a crucial role as a deoxidizing agent and an additive for alloy elements in steel-making.
The smelting methods for our ferromanganese products are meticulously categorized into two types: electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese, each offering unique properties and benefits.
Our ferromanganese products are classified based on carbon content into three distinct categories:
Low-Carbon Category: Featuring a carbon content that does not exceed 0.7%, this category is ideal for applications requiring minimal carbon presence.
Medium Carbon Category: With a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%, this category strikes a balance for various industrial applications.
High-Carbon Category: Possessing a carbon content between greater than 2.0% to 8.0%, this category is perfect for demanding industrial and alloying processes.
