Our low and medium carbon ferromanganese alloys are essential in the production of special steels, serving as a pivotal raw material in steelmaking. These versatile alloys are also integral to the manufacture of welding electrodes. Our high carbon ferromanganese, on the other hand, is primarily utilized as a deoxidizing agent or an additive for alloy elements in steel-making, ensuring superior quality and performance.
Based on varying smelting techniques, our ferromanganese is categorized into two types: electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese, each tailored to meet specific industrial needs.
Our ferromanganese products are classified into three categories, depending on their carbon content:
Low-carbon category: Featuring a carbon content not exceeding 0.7%, ideal for applications requiring minimal carbon levels.
Medium carbon category: With a carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% to 2.0%, suitable for a wide array of industrial purposes.
High-carbon category: Boasting a carbon content from greater than 2.0% up to 8.0%, perfect for robust industrial applications demanding higher carbon levels.
