Silicon Metal is a crucial industrial product with diverse applications including steel-making, cast iron, aluminum manufacturing (aviation, aircraft & automobile parts production), and silicon optoelectronic devices. Renowned as the "salt" of modern industries, it is produced from quartz and coke in electric heating furnaces. The primary ingredient, silicon, constitutes about 98%, with the remainder being impurities such as iron, aluminum, and calcium.
Silicon Metal lumps are produced in electric heating furnaces by the redox reaction of quartz and coke, transforming into molten silicon liquid. Upon cooling, this liquid solidifies into large primal silicon metal lumps.
These large primal lumps are further processed into smaller standard-sized lumps, ranging from 10-100mm, for ease of use.
Characterized by its silver gray or dark gray metallic luster, Silicon Metal boasts a high melting point, exceptional heat resistance, high resistivity, and superior oxidation resistance.

Our company features a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12,500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3,600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines.
