This alloy effectively replaces aluminum in final deoxidation processes and is crucial for the production of high-quality steel, specialty steels, and unique alloys. Calcium Silicon Alloys are paramount in high-grade steel manufacturing as deoxidizers and desulfurizers. Both calcium and silicon exhibit a strong affinity for oxygen, with calcium also showing a high affinity for sulfur and nitrogen. The steel industry is the largest consumer of CaSi, accounting for approximately 90% of global consumption.
This versatile alloy is also instrumental in modifying non-metallic inclusions. By controlling the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, Calcium Silicon enhances the fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of steel products.

Our facilities boast a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, and four medium frequency electric furnaces, along with three cladding line production lines. This setup enables the efficient processing of manganese series through hot charging and hot mixing systems, ensuring a seamless production process characterized by high quality, high yield, and low consumption.
