Ferromanganese, based on diverse smelting processes, branches into two types: electric furnace ferromanganese and blast furnace ferromanganese, each with unique properties tailored to specific industrial needs.
Classified by carbon content, ferromanganese falls into three distinct categories:

Low-Carbon Category: Features a carbon content not exceeding 0.7%, making it ideal for specific precision applications.
Medium Carbon Category: Characterized by a carbon content ranging from over 0.7% to 2.0%, suitable for a variety of industrial uses.
High-Carbon Category: Boasts a carbon content between 2.0% and 8.0%, perfect for applications requiring robust performance.
