Our FeV is meticulously produced through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or by aluminothermic reduction, ensuring an exemplary standard of quality. It acts as a vital additive in the manufacture of vanadium-enhanced alloy steel and cast iron, as well as robust permanent magnets, making it indispensable to advanced steel manufacturing processes.

The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to align with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing demands, usually spanning from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are systematically classified into three principal types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80.
