Introducing our premium ferrovanadium, a testament to the pinnacle of manufacturing excellence. Sourced meticulously from the core of quality production, this product embodies an unparalleled standard of reliability and performance. Ideal for the most demanding industrial applications, it sets an unprecedented benchmark in the industry, ensuring your operations are equipped with the finest materials.
Ferrovanadium, an indispensable alloy in the steel industry, is celebrated for its versatility and effectiveness. Primarily composed of vanadium and iron, it also includes precise amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. FeV is crafted with meticulous precision, either through carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction, resulting in a product of superior quality. It is an essential additive in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron. Additionally, it is crucial in the creation of robust permanent magnets, playing a transformative role in advanced steel manufacturing.
The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to meet specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three main variants based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is an indispensable addition in the smelting of alloy and low-alloy steels. Moreover, vanadium aluminum alloys, known as 'VQ' VAl, are critical in titanium alloy production, highlighting their essential role in the industry.
