Silicon Metal lump is skillfully crafted in electric heating furnaces using quartz and coke. During the process, quartz undergoes redox transformation, yielding molten silicon liquid. Upon cooling, it solidifies into the substantial silicon metal lump, as we typically recognize it. Initially, the primal silicon metal lumps are remarkably large.
These large primal lumps are expertly reduced into more manageable pieces, referred to as the standard size, typically ranging from 10-100mm. These smaller Silicon Metal Lumps provide versatility in various industrial applications.
