Introducing the Premium Ferro Vanadium Alloy from Anyang Feiyue Industry Co., Ltd., a masterpiece of engineering sourced from the epicenter of manufacturing brilliance. Our unwavering dedication to quality ensures unparalleled reliability and performance, setting an industry-leading standard ideal for the most challenging industrial applications. Experience a new era of industrial excellence with our premier ferrovanadium alloy.
Ferrovanadium, a cornerstone of the steel industry, is esteemed for its incredible versatility and effective performance. Crafted primarily from vanadium and iron, it includes minute traces of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. FeV is meticulously produced through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide using an electric furnace or aluminothermic reduction method, ensuring a superior-quality product. It acts as a vital additive in the production of vanadium-rich alloy steel, cast iron, and durable permanent magnets, playing a pivotal role in advanced steel manufacturing processes.
The vanadium content in our ferrovanadium is precisely calibrated to meet specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron rounding out the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three main variants based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80, each serving as an essential additive in alloy and low-alloy steel smelting. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, often referred to as 'VQ' VAl, are indispensable in titanium alloy production, highlighting their critical importance in the industry.
