It's essential for rail steel, low carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys such as nickel-base and titanium alloys.
Calcium Silicon Alloys excel as both deoxidizers and desulfurizers in the creation of high-grade steel. With remarkable chemical affinity for oxygen, calcium, in particular, also bonds strongly with sulfur and nitrogen. This makes it crucial in the steel industry, which consumes about 90% of global CaSi production.
Beyond deoxidation and desulfurization, our Calcium Silicon Alloy modifies non-metallic inclusions, ensuring the optimal shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions. Our state-of-the-art facilities feature a 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium-frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This infrastructure supports our seamless manganese series hot charging and hot mixing systems, achieving high-quality, high-yield, and low-consumption one-stop production processes.
