Calcium Silicon Alloys excel as both deoxidizers and desulfurizers in the creation of high-grade steel. With remarkable chemical affinity for oxygen, calcium, in particular, also bonds strongly with sulfur and nitrogen. This makes it crucial in the steel industry, which consumes about 90% of global CaSi production.
Beyond deoxidation and desulfurization, our Calcium Silicon Alloy modifies non-metallic inclusions, ensuring the optimal shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions. This infrastructure supports our seamless manganese series hot charging and hot mixing systems, achieving high-quality, high-yield, and low-consumption one-stop production processes.
