Additionally, low-grade silicon carbide (around 85% SiC) is a superb deoxidizer, accelerating steelmaking, simplifying chemical composition control, and elevating steel quality. Its applications extend to the crafting of silicon carbide rods for electric heating elements, further exemplifying its widespread utility.
