High Carbon Silicon Alloy for Enhanced Industrial Performance
High Carbon Silicon serves as an exceptional replacement for FeSi as a deoxidizer employed in the production of carbon structural steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and deformed steel bars. It is alternatively known as Silicon Carbon Alloy.

Application

1) As a superior substitute for ferro silicon in steelmaking, it significantly reduces production costs.
2) Utilized as a multi-functional deoxidizer by combining the potent effects of silicon and carbon.
3) Maximizes Si recovery rates through the integration of carbon.
4) Features fewer impurities thanks to its high silicon and carbon content (approximately 90% Si & C).
5) Functions as a highly efficient heating agent, boasting impressive caloric value: Si & C contribute 6.58 kcal/g and 1.24 kcal/g, respectively.
