Ferromanganese is meticulously classified into three categories based on precise carbon content:

Low-carbon category: In this category, the carbon content does not exceed 0.7%, making it exceptionally suitable for specialized applications where low carbon levels are essential.
Medium carbon category: This encompasses carbon content ranging from greater than 0.7% up to 2.0%, making it ideal for a diverse array of industrial uses, offering flexibility and adaptability.
