Calcium silicon alloy, a sophisticated compound crafted from silicon, calcium, and iron, stands as an unparalleled compound deoxidizer and desulfurization agent. Currently, calcium alloy can supplant aluminum in final deoxidation processes, making it indispensable for high-quality steel, specialty steel, and unique alloy production. This includes applications in rail and low carbon steel, stainless steel, and various special alloys such as nickel base and titanium alloys.
Calcium Silicon Alloys serve as premier deoxidizers and desulfurizers in the creation of high-grade steel. Both Calcium and Silicon exhibit a robust chemical affinity for oxygen. Calcium, in particular, demonstrates exceptional chemical affinity not only for oxygen but also for sulfur and nitrogen. The steel industry represents approximately 90% of global CaSi usage.
This alloy is further utilized for modifying non-metallic inclusions. It plays a crucial role in controlling the shape, size, and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions, thereby enhancing the fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of steel products.

Our company is equipped with one 206 cubic meter blast furnace, two 12500 kVA submerged arc furnaces, two 3600 kVA refining furnaces, four medium frequency electric furnaces, and three cladding line production lines. This enables us to implement the manganese series hot charging and hot mixing system efficiently, ensuring a one-stop production process characterized by high quality, high yield, and low consumption.
