Primarily composed of vanadium and iron, it also contains trace elements such as sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Our FeV is produced with precision by reducing vanadium pentoxide through carbon reduction in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction. This process ensures a product of the highest quality, serving as a crucial additive in manufacturing vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron. Additionally, it plays a pivotal role in creating durable permanent magnets, significantly contributing to advanced steel manufacturing.

The vanadium content in ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to align with specific alloy formulations and manufacturing needs, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition. FeV alloys are classified into three primary types based on vanadium content: FeV40, FeV60, and FeV80. Each variant is indispensable in alloy and low-alloy steel smelting. Furthermore, vanadium aluminum alloys, known as 'VQ' VAl, are crucial in titanium alloy production, highlighting their critical importance in the industry.
