Product Description
Customized CaSi Calcium Silicon Re-Fesimg Cored Wire for Steelmaking
According to the composition of the core material, the cored wire can be divided into single and composite cored wires:
1) Single cored wire is characterized by having a core made of a single type of alloy powder or a nonmetallic compound additive.
2) Composite cored wire consists of a blend of two or more alloy powders as the core material.
Based on wire arrangement, cored wire can be categorized into inner tap type and outer tap type.
This versatile cored wire is primarily utilized to purify steel impurities, enhance the quality of molten steel, and optimize the casting state. It significantly improves the castability, service performance of steel, and boosts the yield of alloy. Additionally, it reduces alloy consumption, minimizes steelmaking costs, and elevates overall efficiency.
Product Advantages:
1. Facilitates precise adjustment and control of oxidizable and trace element content, substantially improving alloy yield.
2. Lower metallurgical costs, enhancing cost-effectiveness.
3. Reduces overall metallurgical processing time, optimizing operational efficiency.
