In particular, the deoxidation products, MnSiO3 and Mn2SiO4, boast melting points of 1270 ºC and 1327 ºC respectively, offering a low melting point, substantial particle size, and outstanding deoxidation capabilities. With a remarkably reduced burning loss rate of only 29% compared to manganese or silicon alone, our alloy ensures efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Produced through the reduction of manganese ore and silicon dioxide with carbon in a submerged arc furnace, our silicon manganese alloy exemplifies cutting-edge metallurgy.
