Ferrovanadium is a critical alloy revered in the steel industry for its remarkable versatility and effectiveness. Composed primarily of vanadium and iron, it includes trace amounts of sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, and aluminum. Crafted with precision, FeV is produced through the carbon reduction of vanadium pentoxide in an electric furnace or via aluminothermic reduction, ensuring a product of the highest quality. It serves as an indispensable additive in the production of vanadium-enriched alloy steel and cast iron, as well as in the creation of robust permanent magnets. This pivotal role underpins advanced steel manufacturing, providing strength and resilience to a wide array of industrial applications.

The vanadium content in our ferrovanadium is meticulously tailored to match specific alloy formulations and manufacturing requirements, typically ranging from 30% to 80%, with iron completing the composition.
